About us
The Adria apartments are located in a small fishing village Petrčane 12 km away from Zadar. They are situated in a beautiful location called Punta Radman where the beach is only 120 m away and hotel Pinija is 150 m away.The building was purpose-built for apartments, so the apartments are functional and comfortable for your stay and they are carefully equipped. All apartments are air-conditioned, with free high-speed WiFi. In the yard there are two grilling stations (gas & charcoal) and free private parking.
Our apartments
We have 4 apartments 1/2+2 (2 adults plus 2 children) and a studio (2 adults) all bearing 3 stars (***) with full facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The apartments are air-conditioned. Free WiFi available. We take special care regarding cleaning and disinfection of apartments and facilities.
Beaches
Petrčane features some of most beautiful beaches in the Zadar surroundings. Whether pebbles or rocks they have easy access, and you can even find some sandy beaches (in the cove). A pine wood stretches along the shores of the Pinija peninsula providing cool shade during the whole day and is much loved by families with children.
Great location / amneties
Thanks to a hundred year old pine wood, clean sea and fabulous sunsets, Petrčane is considered one of the most beautiful places in the Zadar area. Petrčane and its surroundings feature restaurants and cafes, and there is a marina offering mooring for all kinds of vessels. If you want to go on a day trip either by car or boat, you can chose among four national parks, nature park and historical cities of Zadar and Nin. The Zadar airport is only 23km away.
